All living things feed to remain alive and carry out various activities. Green plants are a class of plants that feed through the process of photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is the process by which green plants trap light energy with their chlorophyll, using water and carbon dioxide to manufacture organic food. At the end of this module, among other things, students will gain very good understanding of plant nutrition, leaf as a photosynthesis organ, Nitrogen cycle, animal nutrition, enzymes, and autotrophic and heterotrophic modes of nutrition.
