Small Group Class (3-5) | N1,500 per class (max of 1hr) | Total # of Classes: 9
An atom consists of a central massive nucleus surrounded by light electrons moving in orbits around the nucleus. The nucleus itself consists of protons and neutrons. Protons are positively charged; electrons are negatively charged and neutrons carry no charge. A molecule is the smallest particle of a substance which can have a separate existence and still retain the properties of that substance. At the end of this course, among other things, students will gain very good understanding of the structure of matter, crystals, adhesion and cohesion, viscosity and capillarity, molecules, models of atom, states of matter, surface tension, and atomic structure and chemical behavior.
