Mobolaji is the cofounder at BrightHAT. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Master of Science degree in Computing and IT from the University of Bedfordshire, Luton, England.

Mobolaji is a 20-year veteran of IT and cyber security who has worked in different industry sectors (including Banking, Telecoms, Fintech, Retail, Energy and Advertising) across three continents (Africa, Europe, and North America) helping organizations secure their critical IT assets against cyber adversaries.

His passion for talent development and quality education led him to develop notable cyber security courses designed to help enthusiasts and aspiring cyber security practitioners break into the field. As a Udemy instructor, his course – Cyber Security Operations and Technology Solutions – was curated for the Udemy for Business collection in January 2020. This puts him in the 97^th percentile of Udemy instructors. This course, which is used by scores of global fortune 500 companies for workforce upskilling, has been taken by more than 10,000 students in over 140 countries across the globe.

Mobolaji and Adewale came about the BrightHAT idea in the course of a brainstorming session in March 2021. The cofounders have passion for quality education and human capital development, but they also recognize that partnering with seasoned educators is the only way to have a chance of actualizing the vision of BrightHAT.
