Oluwakemi Mary Adewoye

Oluwakemi has worked in the public and private sectors of the education systems in the United States and Nigeria. She has over 15 years’ experience in teaching, teacher training, program development, education consulting, and non-profit management.

Oluwakemi is an advocate for the empowerment of teachers and bridging the gap between privileged and underprivileged students. She strongly believes in the use of evidence-based strategies to improve educational outcomes and has collaborated with various organizations in designing, implementing and evaluating school improvement programs.

She is a 2004 City University of New York Teaching Opportunity Scholar and holds a B.Sc. in Computer and Information Science and M.Sc. in Mathematics Education both from Brooklyn College, City University of New York. She also holds a certificate in Non-profit Management from the Enterprise Development Center of Pan Atlantic University and a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Assessment, Evaluation and Accountability from Walden University.
